So what is CRM and why do you need it? Well you don’t REALLY need it but if you want to scale your business you should start looking into at evaluating some options. This is Customer Relationship Management and can help you in multiple areas effectively managing anything from internal sales to external partners. Salesforce.com is one of the most common CRM solutions in the market today but there are a ton of others and it can be overwhelming trying to review them and trial them. The first step should really be in identifying what problem you are trying to solve with your business and then trying to find the simplest solution while keeping it cost effective.
